With heartfelt devotion and joy, Menlhai Jamtse Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre successfully celebrated Vesak on 12th May 2025, commemorating the sacred birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Lord Buddha.
The day began with a Long Life Offering Ceremony to H.E. Kundor Rinpoche-la, expressing our deep gratitude and prayers for his long life, good health, and continued guidance for the benefit of all sentient beings.
In the afternoon session, the celebration continued with:
- The Sixteen Arhat Puja, invoking the presence and blessings of the noble disciples who uphold the teachings of the Buddha.
- The traditional Buddha Bathing Ritual, symbolizing the purification of body, speech, and mind.
- A serene Light Offering Prayer, where lamps were offered as a gesture of dispelling the darkness of ignorance and generating wisdom and compassion in all beings.
The entire day was filled with devotion, collective prayers, and joyful participation.
We rejoice in the merit accumulated by everyone involved and dedicate it for peace, harmony, and the liberation of all sentient beings.
